Job Responsibilities:

Mapping of data to industry-specific data models, creates data base designs, and uses tools to extract, load and transform data to fit solution requirements

• Design, implementation, installation and maintenance of big data systems that are scalable, robust, and high performance
• Create data architecture and data models for ingestion, storage, processing, and surfacing of data for large-scale applications
• Architect, design, plan and build data pipelines and backend components
• Be goal and data oriented, all decisions need to be made objectively on the data
• Research and discover new methods to acquire data, and new applications for existing data
• Works with other members of the team, including Product Architect, Data Scientist, to identify and meet data requirements
• Works with the ecosystem manager in data acquisition
• Works with Infrastructure Engineer to set up Big Data solutions on the cloud
• Collaborates with client teams for all data related areas
